Rolling Gates

V-track gates ride on a steel rail in the ground — simple and cost-effective on paved surfaces. Cantilever gates float above the ground on a roller carriage with no track. Cantilever costs more but works on gravel, dirt, and uneven ground with zero track maintenance.

You need stacking space along the fence line equal to the opening width. Cantilever gates need 1.5x the opening because of the counterbalance tail. A 20-foot opening needs 20 feet of stacking space with V-track or 30 feet with cantilever.

Yes. Both V-track and cantilever gates accept slide gate operators rated up to 2,000 lbs. We install LiftMaster, Linear, and FAAC with keypads, remotes, card readers, and phone access. Solar options available for remote sites.

A properly built rolling gate lasts 20 to 30 years. Galvanized frames resist corrosion. Wheels, rollers, and track are wear items replaceable individually. Automated operators typically last 10 to 15 years with regular service.
